I’m American by background, but I’ve lived all across North America, Europe and the Middle East before deciding to settle here in London back in 2019.
When I first came to the UK, I worked as a consultant to healthcare organisations looking to improve their productivity. As much as I love healthcare, I realised pretty quickly that what I’m truly passionate about is people, not processes. After jumping from one unfulfilling project to the next, I decided to change course and open my own coaching business, using the skills I learned as a consultant to help people make meaningful changes in their lives – and I couldn’t be happier!
You’ll see this passion for coaching reflected in some of the services I offer.
I’ll admit that I’m slightly sports-obsessed (I play on four different teams) but I also really value intellectual pursuits, whether that be interior design, making my way through the best books of all time list, or having a spirited political debate with friends at the pub.
I consider myself to be a social person but ultimately I’m an introvert at heart. I’m happiest when I get to spend one-on-one time with the people I care about and my perfect evening is a nice intimate dinner over cocktails.
